Silicone Sealant
SILICONE SEALANT
Sealants for Tiling, Glazing and Building Joints
Three single-component sealants that cover the jobs around a tiling project: an acid-cure silicone for bonding large-format tile and glass, a neutral-cure silicone for finishing and perimeter joints on any surface, and a paintable MS polymer sealant for exterior wall panels and repairs. All cure at room temperature with moisture from the air and are supplied in cartridges, 24 per carton.
S300 · ACETIC SILICONE
S300 Silicone Sealant (Acid) — Sintered Stone and Large-Format Tiles
A translucent, fast-curing acetic silicone with high initial grab and hardness — the go-to sealant for bonding sintered stone and large-format porcelain slabs, glass assembly, aquariums, sunrooms and glazing. Cured sealant stays elastic from −50 °C to 150 °C and keeps its properties through accelerated weathering tests.
High initial adhesion and hardness for sintered stone, large slabs, ordinary ceramic tile, glass and cement walls — no primer needed.
Tack-free in 8–12 minutes, 3 mm cured through in about 3 hours.
Stays flexible at −50 °C and does not soften or degrade at 150 °C.
Mirrors, aluminium, galvanised steel, natural stone (marble, travertine, limestone) and acrylic — the acetic acid released during cure corrodes or stains them. Use S500 instead.

S500 · NEUTRAL SILICONE
S500 Silicone Sealant (Neutral) — Glass, Metal, Stone and General Sealing
A general-purpose, non-corrosive neutral silicone for sealing and finishing indoor and outdoor. It bonds to most building materials without primer and is safe on coated glass, mirrors, aluminium and other metals. Weather-, UV-, ozone- and water-resistant, with almost no odour after cure — the sealant for window and door perimeters, trims, edges and decoration joints. Available in white, black and clear; the clear grade has the same performance for glass joints, lighting and places where a white bead should not show.
Neutral cure — safe on metals, coated glass, mirrors and finished surfaces.
Bonds to most construction materials without primer and is compatible with other neutral silicones.
Resists ageing, UV, ozone and water; no irritating smell once cured.
Structural glazing or curtain-wall structural joints, and surfaces that bleed oil, plasticiser or solvent.

S800 · EXTERIOR SEALANT
S800 Exterior Sealant (Neutral) — Facades, ACP Panels and Exterior Joints
A silane-modified polymer (MS) sealant for exterior walls and repairs. Solvent-free and neutral-cure, it bonds strongly to cement board, fibre-cement, PC and aluminium composite panels, brick and masonry, and can be painted or sprayed with most exterior coatings as soon as it is tack-free — no shrinking edges, no bleed-through. Also used to fill cracks, holes and defects in walls, and for waterproof sealing around toilets, sinks, shower rooms and skirting.
Over-coat with wall paint straight after skinning; compatible with most industrial paints and can be sanded smooth once cured.
High hardness and adhesion with elastic movement; resists acids, alkalis and weathering without mould, blackening or yellowing.
No solvents, no odour, no pollution — suitable for interior and exterior use.

WHICH ONE
Choosing the Right Sealant
Corrosion is the deciding factor: if the surface can be attacked by acetic acid, choose S500 or S800.
